Refund & Return

1. After payment confirmation, no orders can be cancelled. And payment cannot be refunded. 

2. Should customer wish to return any flawed product, all requests must be raised within three days, and all returned goods must be in good conditions & description like quantity / packaging / accessories must be consistent with the invoice. Otherwise, no refund shall be made nor there will be any written off.

3. Should customers are required to arrange all returns delivery within seven days, and all returned goods must be in good conditions & description like quantity / packaging / accessories must be consistent with the invoice.

4. Customers are required to arrange all returns delivery. Output.hk will not provided any returns delivery.

5. Refund will be paid by cheque payment only.

6. For any order claim, we will only reprint the order or refund the relevant amount. We are not liable for any other losses caused by using our services.

For any returns delivery arrangement, customer must e-mail following information to output401@gmail.com:

1. User ID

2. Customer’s name and contact number

3. Order number

4. Product Name

5. Photo of flawed product

The following conditions will not be accepted for returned or replaced:

1. Products due to improper use of customer, disassemble, damage caused by human factors, dirty, damaged packaging is not completed.

2. Due to damp climate, causing paper presents wavy books in any circumstances.

－Output.hk reserves the right to amend these Cancellation & Refund at any time without prior notice.

－All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Tobuplaza.com and the respective merchants.

－In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version of Output.hk website shall prevail.
